Qualifications
- Experience in VIP account management or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills for high-value clients.
- Proactive, service-oriented approach with clear communication through calls and messages.
- Ability to interpret data and understand client engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with sportsbook and online casino products is a plus.
