Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Visual Creator (Static Ads) based in Ireland with remote work and EST-hours alignment. You will rapidly transform briefs into original, humorous and visually distinctive imagery using cutting-edge AI tools, collaborating with strategists and designers to scale ad concepts across brands.

You will produce multiple variations daily, iterate quickly, and push the creative direction while building a reusable library of prompts and assets for campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience creating visuals with AI image-generation tools.
• Strong portfolio showing distinctive, non-stock imagery.
• Excellent written and spoken English for fast-paced collaboration.
• Ability to turn simple ad concepts into multiple compelling visual directions.
• Familiarity with prompting and iteration workflows for AI-generated imagery.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs into visual concepts that capture attention.
• Generate original, commercial-grade imagery using AI tools.
• Produce approximately 4 briefs per day and 12-18 variations per brief.
• Explore unconventional directions, including humor and surrealism.
• Collaborate with strategists and hand off visuals to design teams.
• Adapt visuals to multiple brands and objectives while preserving identity.
• Document prompts and maintain reusable asset libraries.
• Stay informed on new AI image-generation models and techniques.
