Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Support Contractor based in Ireland to provide operational support for a growing vendor management program. The role combines administrative coordination with regular communication across a distributed vendor network.

You will help project teams identify suitable vendors by language pairs, rates, availability, and performance. This position is fully remote from Europe, offering a 40-hour week on a rolling three-month contract with the start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills for repetitive tasks.
• Experience with bulk communications and mail merge.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Familiarity with Front, Fin, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard users and provision accounts across systems.
• Maintain vendor records including rates and contacts.
• Prepare and send vendor communications and announcements.
• Track responses and follow up.
• Identify vendors based on language, rates, availability, and performance.
• Respond to linguists and vendors via email.
• Escalate when specialized input is needed.
• Organize and archive digital documents with clear folder structures.
• Suggest workflow improvements and automation.
