Jobgether, in partnership with a game-focused partner, seeks a UI/UX Designer based in Ireland to craft engaging mobile game interfaces and player journeys. You will design screens, menus, and monetization elements, build design systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality visuals and seamless implementation.

The role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, autonomy, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile games.
• Strong UX principles and user journey mapping.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for wireframes and prototypes.
• Solid visual composition, typography, color theory and hierarchy.
• Experience with design systems, UI kits and reusable components.
• Ability to work with Unity and game pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user flows and interfaces for mobile games to enhance player experience.
• Create wireframes, UI concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
• Develop in-game screens, HUDs, menus, stores, events, monetization features and player journeys.
• Build and maintain UI kits, component libraries, and design systems for consistency.
• Prepare visual assets for game engines and optimize for production standards.
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers throughout the lifecycle.
