Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional experience as an engineer.
• Experience in designing and building fintech products.
• Strong system design skills with ability to balance speed and health.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and architecture for backend platform.
• Design and implement reliable systems in a distributed micro-services architecture.
• Build and maintain integrations with 3rd-party vendors and partners.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical standards across the team.
