Job summary

You will build scalable, automated systems to improve service performance and availability for critical platforms, with a strong emphasis on monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning.

You will work across cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and use CI/CD pipelines, configuration management tools, and IaC to support reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python/Go/Java/Bash).
• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge and networking (TCP/IP).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and scripts to automate operational tasks (provisioning, configuration, incident response).
• Monitor system performance and establish alerting for rapid incident detection and resolution.
• Reduce MTTR through effective monitoring and troubleshooting of distributed systems.
