Job summary

Wiz, a global cloud-native security platform, is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer for a fully remote Ireland-based role. You will work on AWS/Azure/GCP environments, tackle complex security issues, and contribute to AI-driven automation to scale support.

You’ll collaborate with a global team to protect customer infrastructure and improve incident resolution. You will be part of a fast-growing organization backed by Google, with exposure to cutting-edge threat intelligence and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer support, technical support, or similar customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including IAM, VPCs, security groups and storage.
• 1+ years deploying and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals and IAM concepts.
• Experience reading/debugging code in Python, Shell, JavaScript/JSON, Java, Go, or Terraform/HCL.
• Proficiency with Linux and command-line tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer technical issues across cloud security posture management and vulnerability scanning.
• Troubleshoot cloud connector failures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS platforms.
• Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues including sensor configuration and malware detection.
• Analyze SBOM/SCA results and assess patch management coverage.
• Support CI/CD scanning, IaC security, and Kubernetes admission controls.
• Design automation leveraging AI agents and agentic workflows for faster triage.
