Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer to provide expert-level technical support for the Wiz cloud-native security platform. You will investigate complex issues spanning cloud infrastructure, workload protection, vulnerability management, and runtime defense across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will combine deep technical troubleshooting with AI-driven automation to scale operations, resolve alerts, and improve overall resolution quality, including on-call responsibilities as part of a global

Qualifications

1+ years deploying and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters.
Experience across AWS, Azure, GCP and cloud security fundamentals.
Hands-on with vulnerability management, CI/CD scanning, and IaC security.
Familiarity with AI-driven tooling and automation in support workflows.
Experience with incident response, on-call rotation, and cross-domain troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complex cloud security issues across multi-domain environments.
Troubleshoot cloud connectors, IAM, networking, and API authentication for cloud platforms.
Analyze vulnerability findings, SBOM/SCA results, and patch management coverage.
Support shift-left security in CI/CD pipelines and IaC scanning.
Design automation to scale the support offering using AI agents and workflows.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
