Job summary

Wiz is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer to join a global team delivering expert-level technical support across the Wiz cloud-native security platform. You will investigate complex, multi-domain issues spanning cloud infrastructure, workload protection, vulnerability management, and runtime defense across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

This role emphasizes AI-driven automation to scale support, on-call rotation for after-hours and weekends, and close collaboration with engineering.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer or technical support roles.
2+ years with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) incl IAM and networking.
1+ years deploying production Kubernetes clusters.
Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals and IAM.
Experience reading and debugging code in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve customer security issues across cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot cloud connector and integration failures across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and SaaS.
Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues.
Analyze vulnerability findings and triage false positives.
Support CI/CD scanning and IaC security.
Design automation to scale support using AI agents.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekends.
