Job summary

Partner Company Ireland is seeking a Social Media Creative Director to lead remote, AI-enabled social campaigns for diverse clients. You will translate briefs into platform-native concepts and provide production-ready directions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong writing, and deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar formats, with remote collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in social media creative, art direction, or a closely related role, ideally within an agency environment.
• Proven experience translating client briefs into executed social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on, practical experience with AI creative tools, including image generation, video generation, generative editing, or AI‑assisted storyboarding.
• Strong storyboarding and shot‑planning abilities, with the capacity to communicate visual direction clearly and precisely.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret client briefs, identifying objectives, audiences, brand requirements, and platform considerations.
• Develop social media strategies and creative concepts aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Translate strategic thinking into clear creative direction covering mood, tone, and platform formats.
• Create detailed storyboards and shot breakdowns for production teams to execute.
