Job summary

Distilled in Ireland is seeking a talented Creative Designer to help shape how Daft.ie, DoneDeal and Adverts.ie engage with millions across the country. You’ll blend storytelling with digital craft and motion design to produce impactful work across platforms.

Join our in-house design team to collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales, taking ideas from concept to completion while upholding Distilled's brand standards and evolving our style guides.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative, brand or digital design role within marketing/advertising.
• Strong layout, typography, colour and storytelling with a digital-first portfolio.
• Experience using AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Gamma AI or Runway) for concept exploration.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Web Designer; Figma is a plus.
• Motion design or video storytelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact campaigns across digital and display formats to meet brand and performance goals.
• Develop motion content, short-form videos and GIFs to enrich campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales to translate briefs into on-brand outputs.
• Lead projects from ideation to delivery, incorporating feedback and ensuring quality.
