Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Motion Graphic Designer based in Ireland for a fully remote role. You will blend motion design, video editing, 2D visuals, and branding across campaigns and social content.

The role covers concept development through final execution, using After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and Blender, with exploration of AI-powered tools to enhance production while maintaining high creative quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion design, video editing, 2D visual design, and branding.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Advanced Blender skills for modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and animation.
• Solid understanding of AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Pika, Stable Diffusion, Sora) and AI workflows.
• Ability to manage the full creative process from concept through delivery.
• Excellent storytelling, typography, composition and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Edit videos and create dynamic motion graphics for campaigns and social content.
• Develop visually compelling assets that communicate ideas clearly and capture attention.
• Model, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets in Blender for videos and promos.
• Integrate 3D elements into motion designs ensuring cohesive visuals across outputs.
• Design logos, branding systems, and supporting brand assets.
• Create engaging social visuals and marketing materials aligned with campaign goals.
• Experiment with AI-powered image, video, and motion tools to improve production efficiency.
• Incorporate AI outputs into workflows while maintaining quality and originality.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and production teams to realize concepts.
• Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.
• Balance multiple priorities across the creative pipeline from concept to delivery.
