Ogilvy in Dublin is seeking a trailblazing Head of Social & Influence to shape our social strategy and drive revenue. You’ll lead a cross‑functional team, own the AI roadmap, and nurture talent while delivering best‑in‑class campaigns for iconic brands.

This hybrid role sits on the SLT, reporting to the CEO, with a clear path to scale social and influencer offerings across Ireland and beyond. You’ll foster talent, build strategic partnerships, and elevate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead social/influencer campaigns
• Experience guiding teams through transformation
• Interest in AI adoption and ethical practices
• Strong client/ stakeholder management
• Comfort translating analytics into growth

Responsibilities

• Develop a Social-First strategy and ownership of campaigns across channels
• Grow revenue by turning social into a scalable commercial stream
• Define and lead the agency AI roadmap and tooling
• Educate and mentor the team on metrics, data methods, and content creation
