The role demands proven scale copy, native English proficiency, and hands‑on leadership to drive measurable ROAS and revenue attribution across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English at a native or near-native level.
• Experience in a company or offer generating $500,000+ per month in revenue.
• Copy you personally wrote has sold at least $1 million in revenue and can be verified.
• Within the last 18 months, written direct-response ads, long-form sales copy, and email for a high-ticket offer with measurable results.
• Personally written at least one VSL, webinar script, or long-form sales letter used at scale.
• Written Meta ad copy at volume and tracked concepts that won or failed.
• Email marketing expertise with revenue attribution and deliverability focus.
• Directed video editors or designers from briefs to final cut with examples.
• Conducted voice-of-customer research and translated findings into copy.
• Experience in compliance-sensitive verticals where ad copy risk is present.
• At least 3 hours overlap with European working hours.
• Able to commit full-time with no other clients or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Market research and ideation.
• Writing copy for ads, the VSL, funnel pages, and emails.
• Managing the editing team.
• Reviewing analytics and iterating based on data.
• Ensuring all copy complies with ad platform policies.
• Report to the Head of Paid Marketing and collaborate with the founder.
• Ads: develop concepts, scripts, and primary text for multiple avatars.
• Creative direction: manage video editors, briefs, shot lists, and final cuts.
• VSL and funnel copy: write VSLs, opt-in pages, sales pages, and CRO test copy.
• Email: daily broadcast, nurture sequences, deliverability, and revenue attribution.
• Research and competitive analysis; maintain objection lists and customer language docs.
• Compliance and responsible AI usage in writing.
