Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, is seeking a Senior Design Engineer focusing on MetaMask in Ireland. You will craft frontend experiences for Web3 products, bridging design and engineering, with emphasis on React, React Native, and design systems.

Work with a globally distributed team, own end-to-end UI work, contribute to scalable systems, and explore AI-assisted workflows while shaping user-friendly, accessible interfaces used by millions.

Qualifications

• Senior frontend or design-focused engineer with React and React Native.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and scalable frontend architectures.
• Portfolio shows polished interfaces with motion and micro-interactions.
• Experience with design systems and reusable components.
• Autonomy to work with a globally distributed team.
• Crypto wallets, blockchain or Web3 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect interfaces using React/React Native with high visual/functional quality.
• Translate Figma designs into accessible, responsive experiences.
• Create animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for intuitive UX.
• Contribute to a scalable design system with reusable components.
• Take concepts from ideas through implementation, testing and release.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design-to-code without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to solve frontend challenges.
• Advocate for high-quality craft, usability, performance, and accessibility.
• Balance detail with pragmatic delivery and business priorities.
