Job summary

Learnosity is seeking a senior Team Lead/Engineer for its Build product. You will design, build, and ship software across the full stack—JavaScript, React, CSS on the frontend and PHP, Python, Postgres/MySQL, Elasticsearch, and AWS on the backend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years as a software engineer with senior responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and conducting performance reviews.
• Strong frontend and backend capabilities across full stack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical strategy for the team, with roadmaps and cross-team dependencies.
• Write and review high-quality, well-documented code; ensure maintainability and testability.
• Design components and systems that cross API boundaries with clarity and reliability.
• Prove complex functionality with real data and leverage AI/tools where it accelerates delivery.
• Lead people management activities: 1:1s, growth plans, performance reviews, and onboarding.
