Job summary

Northern Trust in Ireland is seeking an AML KYC CoE MI Specialist to join the AML/KYC Program Management team. You will analyse financial crime data to support oversight, risk monitoring, and management information reporting across AML/KYC activities, interpreting data outputs for stakeholders.

You will contribute to data quality, reporting enhancements, and support KPI/KRI development while working within a collaborative, regulated financial services environment and reporting to the COO office.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in AML/KYC or related data/reporting role.
• Experience in management reporting in regulated financial services.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Analyse AML/KYC data to identify trends and risk indicators.
• Produce MI reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain reporting cadence aligned to governance.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support data quality, validation, and reconciliation.
• Assist KPI/KRI development for AML/KYC.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for governance review.
• Support AML/KYC systems and reporting tools like Actimize.
• Assist data mapping and lineage documentation.
• Participate in change initiatives affecting data or reporting.
