Job summary

EIS Group is seeking a Lead AI System Architect to spearhead the architecture of their agentic AI platform, focusing on designing multi-agent systems to automate insurance workflows. This role will drive the development of capabilities and tools that enhance user experiences across Policy, Billing, and Claims domains.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agentic system design, a strong foundation in distributed system architectures, and proficiency in Java and Typescript. EIS offers a vibrant work environment with diverse opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing and shipping agentic systems with meaningful autonomy.
• Strong systems background in data-intensive, distributed, and latency-sensitive design.
• Hands-on experience with orchestration, planning, and agent patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of EIS's agentic platform.
• Define and enforce levels of autonomy in workflows.
• Drive the MCP strategy and manage tool ecosystems.
