Job summary

CameraMatics is seeking a Sales Executive based in Ireland to grow our client base among fleet operators. You’ll learn by doing with coaching from experienced salespeople, build your pipeline, and visit depots and yards to understand customer challenges.

No prior sales experience required; curiosity, resilience and a willingness to improve matter most. You’ll use Salesforce and AI tools to research prospects and manage your pipeline while traveling to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in building a career in sales with practical application.
• Comfortable speaking with a range of stakeholders from depot managers to directors.
• Ability to organise time, meet commitments, and seek help when needed.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Find and open conversations with fleet operators who don’t know us yet.
• Build your own sales pipeline and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Get out on site and meet the people who run depots, yards and fleets.
• Learn our products well enough to recognise customer challenges and explain how we can help.
• Work alongside experienced salespeople and leadership team members on live opportunities.
• Use Salesforce and AI tools to research prospects, prepare for meetings and manage your pipeline.
• Take ownership of your activity, targets and results, using coaching and feedback to improve.
