Job summary

Revolut in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business for Revolut Business. You will own the funnel from outbound outreach to closing and end-to-end activation for customers around the world.

You’ll develop a robust lead-sourcing strategy, build your pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to activation. If you’re driven, with strong communication skills and outbound sales experience, this is a great fit for you.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Fluency in Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and/or Russian is a plus.
• 1+ years of outbound sales and prospecting experience.
• Excellent communication and articulation over the phone and written channels.
• Willingness to contribute beyond core duties to deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Outreach across multiple touchpoints and channels, with emphasis on cold-calling.
• Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy and maintain activity levels.
• Build and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and upsell/cross-sell.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and daily usage for customers.
• Balance time across prospecting, closing, and upsell activities while engaging the team.
• Employ solution-based selling to understand needs and communicate Revolut Business value.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business and its differentiators with solid case studies.
