Job summary

Revolut is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business globally from our Dublin team. You’ll identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and move deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation for new customers.

You’ll balance prospecting with closing, use solution-based selling, and become a product expert on Revolut Business. The role requires 1+ years in outbound sales, excellent communication, and fluency in English and Dutch, with a dynamic, fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales.
• Excellent communication and articulation over the phone and LinkedIn outreach.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, emphasizing cold-calling.
• Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy and maintaining activity.
• Building and managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and activation.
• Liaising with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business and its solutions, supported by case studies.
