Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator to support a fast-paced technical programme for a global tech client. This fully remote role in Ireland focuses on execution, tracking, and timely delivery of technical submissions and milestones.

You’ll own and maintain master trackers in Excel, prepare PowerPoint updates, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders using Teams and MS Project, ensuring clear ownership and deadlines while working independently in a remote

Qualifications

• Experience managing detailed or complex trackers in Excel.
• Background in program coordination, PMO, or delivery support.
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable owning actions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Technical Submittal tracker using Excel.
• Ensure tracking reflects status, gaps, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to move deliverables.
• Coordinate across teams with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Support programme meetings with updates and materials.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
• Collaborate via Teams and support planning using MS Project.
• Work independently in a fully remote environment.
