Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Privacy Analyst to support privacy compliance and data protection activities in a fully remote role open to EU-based candidates. The contract starts in early November 2026 for two months with a strong potential to extend to one year.

Key responsibilities include PIAs/DPIAs support, privacy risk assessments, GDPR compliance, data inventories, and reporting. Strong communication and Excel/Power BI skills are advantageous, and an immediate start is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in data privacy, GDPR compliance, or data protection.
• Knowledge of PIAs/DPIAs and privacy risk assessments.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Ability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Assist with privacy risk assessments and remediation tracking.
• Support GDPR compliance, data inventories, data retention, and cookie compliance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor privacy compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with legal, business, and technology teams.
