Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a multinational fintech partner to hire a Payments Product Specialist based in Ireland. You will manage daily payment operations across multiple brands, monitor transactions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a reliable payment experience.

You will work with PaymentIQ to configure rules and provider integrations while partnering with Customer Support, Commercial, Integration, and Backend teams to resolve issues and improve flows in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PaymentIQ or similar platform, with configuration/ops responsibilities.
• Understanding of payment flows and transaction lifecycles.
• Technical aptitude for payment configurations, orchestration rules, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other transaction-heavy environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily payment operations across multiple brands and monitor transactions.
• Configure and maintain payment rules within the orchestration platform to optimize routing and performance.
• Support integration of new payment providers into existing systems.
• Monitor PaymentIQ performance and resolve issues impacting availability or customer experience.
• Collaborate with Support, Commercial, Integration, and Backend teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, rules, processes, and troubleshooting.
