The role involves 8 hours per week of one-on-one coaching, remotely from Ireland, focusing on budgeting, debt reduction, retirement planning, and more. Coaches deliver non-sales-driven guidance, maintain confidentiality, and tailor sessions to each employee’s financial situation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, credit improvement, investments, insurance, and home buying.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and simply.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with confidentiality and ethical practices in financial education.
• Access to reliable internet and ability to work remotely.
• Fluency in English; native language flexibility if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one virtual financial coaching sessions (about 30 minutes).
• Cover topics including budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investments, insurance, and home buying.
• Offer unbiased, non-sales-driven coaching focused on education and empowerment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Tailor coaching and resources to individual needs and goals.
• Use video conferencing tools to conduct sessions remotely.
• Track session completion and document topics covered.
