Qualifications

• Full QFA qualification required upon commencement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders through exceptional service and ongoing support.
• Manage the implementation of retirement, investment, and protection solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
• Educate clients on the options available to them and help them make informed financial decisions.
• Deliver a high standard of professional, client-focused service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes for clients and the business.
• Ensure all activities are completed in line with company policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements.
