Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Financial Coach based in Ireland to provide unbiased financial education and coaching to employees as part of their employer-sponsored benefits package. The role involves offering personalized, one‑on‑one financial coaching sessions on topics such as budgeting, debt reduction, credit improvement, retirement planning, investment education, insurance, and home buying. This is a fully remote position available to candidates outside of the United States. Coaches will deliver unbiased, non-sales-driven coaching tailored to each employee’s unique financial situation.

• Certification in financial coaching or planning is highly desirable but not required.
• Experience working with diverse populations and financial situations.
• Fluent in English along with fluency in the country's native language if it differs from English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of financial systems and practices in multiple countries is helpful
