Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Event Marketing Manager (Part-Time) in Ireland to own a diverse portfolio of events across Europe. You will manage end-to-end event delivery, from research to lead handovers, in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

The role requires German and English proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work remotely with an international team. Expected travel for selected events may occur, but regular on-site attendance is not required for every

Qualifications

• German and English proficiency required, able to communicate with venues, partners and speakers.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple events, deadlines, vendors and deliverables.
• Proactive, self-starting approach to identify opportunities and own booking/execution.
• Hands-on event delivery across in-person and digital formats.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, international team.
• Experience in event marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own the event calendar from research through planning, execution and post-event follow-up.
• Research and source relevant European HR, Mobility and industry events across Europe, assessing relevance and budget.
• Manage multiple events with timelines, vendors, logistics, materials, shipping and accommodation.
• Plan proprietary events (roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, meetups) including venues, catering, invites and speakers.
• Lead webinars and digital events with partners and customers from concept to follow-up.
• Drive attendance and lead handovers to Sales through pre-event outreach and on-site engagement.
