Job summary

Namos Solutions Ltd is seeking an Oracle Cloud Technology Account Executive to lead Ireland's Oracle technology growth. You will drive new business, build trusted relationships with Oracle Ireland, customers, and key stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery teams to position Namos as a leading Oracle Tech partner in Ireland.

The role requires developing a strong Irish pipeline, expanding market presence, and traveling to Oracle events and client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Start up mindset with strong discipline and self-motivation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle market opportunities in Ireland.
• Existing network within Oracle Ireland, Oracle partners, and/or Oracle customer organisations would be advantageous.
• Track record of developing new business within the Irish market and delivering revenue growth.
• Knowledge of Irish public sector procurement frameworks and buying cycles would be beneficial.
• Experience in building sales pipelines from scratch is desirable.
• Experience building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors).
• Energetic, with a strong drive to grow the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy focused on the Irish Oracle Cloud Technology market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Oracle Ireland stakeholders to identify go-to-market opportunities.
• Build Namos' brand presence across Ireland through networking, events, and partner engagement.
• Identify opportunities across Irish public sector bodies, semi-state organisations and private enterprises.
• Provide market intelligence on customer requirements, procurement activity, and Oracle investment trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver targeted demand generation campaigns.
• Support strategic account plans for key Oracle customers and prospects.
• Qualify and close sales appointments with potential customers.
• Maintain CRM, forecasting, and closing plans with governance.
• Travel to Oracle offices and events, including London.
