Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise and data-centre networks.
• Diagnose and resolve routing, switching, firewall, and wireless issues.
• Monitor networks, respond to alerts, and manage incidents.
• Implement approved changes, upgrades, and hardware replacements.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and configuration records.
• Coordinate with Level 3 teams and service providers.
