• 5–7+ years in Customer Experience, Product Operations, or Service Design within high‑growth environments.
• Hands‑on with both strategic and tactical execution.
• Proven track record defining E2E journeys and rigorous service journey mapping.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the E2E Customer Journey, with end‑to‑end ownership of internal processes.
• Strategize and execute journey changes, collaborating with CX and other departments.
• Lead VOC programs, translate insights into cross‑functional actions, and build business cases.
