Albatross AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the technical deployment of our AI primitives with customers. You will collaborate with customer engineering, data, and product teams to move deployments from integration through model launch and production.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales, translating business needs into a working technical solution, and driving deployment success with measurable impact across European customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or computer science.
• Fluent in English; other languages welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end-to-end, from technical onboarding and data integration through production launch.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, coordinating with their teams and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Understand customer use cases, pain points, and objectives to ensure successful deployments.
• Shape clients' use cases, translating business needs into a technical solution with our R&D team.
• Dive into client data to ensure quality and correctness.
• Train and monitor ML models, using metrics and dashboards to track performance and impact.
