Job summary

BM Digital is seeking a Head of Growth to lead aggressive Meta scaling and strategic paid media across a portfolio of DTC brands. You will own growth strategy, manage a team of analysts and strategists, and be the senior client-facing voice to drive next-level scale.

As a senior leader, you will build relationships with skeptical founders, defend scaling decisions with data, and balance short-term efficiency with long-term growth. This is a fully remote, equity-inclusive role.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in paid digital advertising.
• Experience managing large Meta budgets for DTC brands.
• Analytical and data-driven with decisive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy across a book of business.
• Lead a team of paid media analysts and strategists.
• Serve as the senior voice with clients to reset strategy and scale results.
• Develop senior client relationships across a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands.
• Mentor junior analysts and strategists to become independent operators.
