Job summary

Folqs is seeking a Head of Growth - Performance Media Buyer & Creative Strategist to own the growth engine for our D2C supplement brand. You will lead paid media (Meta-first) with cross-channel exposure on Google and TikTok, while shaping creative strategy from concept to testing and scale.

You will mine data to craft winning hooks, scripts, and formats, manage a fast testing pipeline, and collaborate directly with founders.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands.
• Proven Meta media buyer who has scaled campaigns (≥$50k/mo).
• Strong balance of creative strategy and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid media across Meta with Google/TikTok experience as needed.
• Identify winning angles, hooks, messaging, formats based on data and research.
• Build and manage a testing pipeline for creatives and concepts.
• Analyze full funnel performance from ad to landing page.
• Mine reviews, surveys, and competitor ads for new opportunities.
• Brief and manage UGC creators, editors, and designers; stay hands-on with copy.
• Make daily decisions on what to scale or kill based on key metrics.
• Turn proven creative/media strategies into scalable spend.
• Improve conversion assets (landing pages, VSLs, offers).
• Leverage AI to accelerate research, ideation, and production.
