Job summary

Veta Virtual Inc. seeks an Ecommerce Paid Media Manager to own end-to-end performance marketing for a brand with online and retail presence. You will oversee full funnel paid media across Meta and Google, plus lead email/SMS strategy in Klaviyo, building lifecycle journeys and analyzing attribution.

You will manage seven-figure annual ad spends, optimize campaigns, and report results to leadership, with a focus on seamless omnichannel performance and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct ecommerce marketing experience.
• Hands-on Meta Ads account management with $1M+ annual spend.
• Google Ads experience in addition to Meta.
• Ownership of full funnel performance, attribution, and reporting.
• Experience reconciling platform data with actual sales results.
• Proven Klaviyo email/SMS marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize full funnel campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Manage large ad budgets and testing for scalable growth.
• Track omnichannel ROAS across online and offline sales.
• Lead media reporting with Triple Whale or Northbeam and translate insights.
• Improve attribution processes and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate on creative assets using Canva and provide direction.
