Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a commercially minded, customer-centric Customer Category Manager to lead category partnerships across Ireland. You will drive a category-led strategy, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver customer plans.

The role is fully remote, ideally based around Dublin, with a focus on Juice and Smoothie categories and growth opportunities for key retailers across Multiples, Wholesale and AFH

• Excellent presentation, storytelling and influencing capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer category management relationships across all Irish customers.
• Act as primary category contact with recommendations on ranging, assortment, merchandising and growth opportunities.
• Develop deep understanding of customer strategies, shopper needs, and market dynamics.
