Job summary

Outset is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager who will own social media and content delivery across a portfolio of client accounts. You will work with video, design, digital and client services teams to create content that brings homes and communities to life, balancing creativity with client objectives.

You’ll develop content strategies, manage day-to-day posts, adapt copy for blogs and newsletters, and assist the video team in producing social-friendly content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media or content experience, agency environment preferred.
• Experience managing content for multiple brands or client accounts.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with ability to adapt tone and messaging.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok formats.
• Experience developing video concepts, scripts and briefs with production or design teams.
• Ability to interpret social performance data and recommend improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve content strategies, themes and recurring concepts reflecting each client’s objectives.
• Lead internal planning sessions, align client priorities with creative ideas and performance insights.
• Build and maintain client content calendars with video, posts and other content.
• Write and adapt copy for social posts, blogs, emails and newsletters.
• Manage publishing and community engagement across platforms with approvals.
• Align video content with social plans and schedules; support production teams.
• Use data to improve themes, formats and delivery; track trends.
