Comer Group Ireland is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead social media for property developments and commercial properties. The role is based at our head office in Palmerstown House Estate.

You will design and manage social media content, develop strategies, produce visuals and copy, and report on performance to the director, while staying current with trends and best practices.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of proven work experience in social media marketing.
• Education or qualifications in design, marketing, PR, journalism, property, or social media.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and project management skills.
• Copywriting, grammar and editing skills.
• Photography, videography and editing/post-production skills.
• Knowledge of latest social media trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media creation tools.

Aufgaben

• Design and manage compelling social media content across all channels.
• Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyse and report on monthly/quarterly performance to the director.
• Create visual assets and video for client social media content, ads, reels and stories.
• Develop engaging content headlines and copywriting.
• Liaise with Sales to align online strategy with business goals.
• Assist with community management and customer inquiries on social channels.
• Stay up to date with trends and digital technologies, ensuring consistent messaging.
