Kinaxis Inc. is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert support across the EMEA region.

You will partner with managers, HRBPs, Legal, and stakeholders to handle complex ER matters, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and support organizational change initiatives. The role requires a strong background in ER across multiple jurisdictions, experience with Works Councils, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Employee Relations experience across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Experience with Works Councils and consultation processes.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to develop proactive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations casework across EMEA, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and terminations.
• Provide coaching to managers on complex employee relations matters, employment legislation, HR policies, and processes.
• Support managers in navigating sensitive employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns and ensure timely, objective resolution.
• Support collaboration with employee representative bodies (Works Councils) and ensure statutory compliance.
