Kinaxis, a global leader in supply chain orchestration, is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist, EMEA, to provide expert ER support across the region. You will work with managers, HR partners, Legal, and stakeholders to manage complex matters while ensuring compliance with local laws across multiple jurisdictions.

The role is remote within Ireland, demanding strong investigation skills, advisory capabilities, and a proactive approach to change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Employee Relations experience across multiple EMEA countries.
• Experience with Works Councils and employee representative bodies.
• Experience leading investigations, disciplinary matters, and terminations in EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across EMEA jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations casework across EMEA, including investigations and terminations.
• Provide coaching to managers on employment law and HR policies.
• Support managers with sensitive employee matters, ensuring fair outcomes.
• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns and misconduct.
• Collaborate with employee representative bodies, including Works Councils.
• Ensure compliance with local statutes and consultation requirements.
• Assist with organizational change initiatives and restructures in EMEA.
• Identify trends in ER activity and escalate high-risk cases.
