EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department, offering maximum ownership to architect systems and drive from 0 to 1 with minimal red tape.

You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps, lead 0-to-1 fintech initiatives, and work with an elite team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders in a high-growth setting with equity upside.

Qualifications

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset with domain expertise and end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• You will lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Fintech.
• You will translate high-level strategic vision into concrete roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• You will architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the department for rapid growth or spin-off.
