You will translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps, lead rapid implementation from prototype to production, and architect scalable solutions to position the team for rapid growth and a potential spin-off with institutional backing.

Based in Europe or the Americas, remote arrangements are available, and you will report directly to the department founder with maximum ownership and equity upside

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
