Qualifications

• Proven experience in specification sales, technical sales, or project-facing roles within construction or building materials.
• Strong track record of delivering commercial results and managing a project pipeline.
• Experience engaging with early-stage design teams and influencing specification outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders in complex project environments.
• Familiarity with RIAI project stages and construction lifecycle processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Influence architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to embed SG brands in project designs.
• Manage and grow a robust project pipeline from design through handover and close-out.
• Collaborate with design teams, planners, and commercial staff to understand pre-construction needs.
• Provide practical specification and construction guidance across all relevant project phases.
• Address outstanding technical issues and support repeat business and pipeline visibility.
