Jobgether is seeking a Freelance Campaign Manager for influencer marketing across multiple European markets. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, from creator discovery to delivery and reporting, ensuring brand objectives and budgets are met.

You will work with creators, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, leveraging AI-powered tools to maximize results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Fluency in English and at least one European language.
• Experience managing high-volume campaigns for consumer brands.
• Budgeting, negotiations, and contract handling.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience using AI-powered tools in workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting across European markets.
• Develop timelines, budgets, milestones and approvals.
• Identify and shortlist creators based on brand needs.
• Negotiate fees and manage contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor KPIs like CPV, reach and engagement.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize discovery and reporting.
• Maintain regular client and stakeholder communications.
