You will own ideation, messaging, and strategic briefs for static and video formats in a fast-paced remote environment. Collaborate with designers, editors, copywriters, media buyers, and account managers, monitor campaign performance, and translate learnings into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic marketing, brand development or related field.
• Strong paid media creative strategy and audience research knowledge.
• Excellent copywriting and editing to craft persuasive hooks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and prioritization.
• Clear, confident English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to work full-time aligned with PST/EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Research target audiences and identify buying motivations.
• Develop creative angles, messaging, and testing strategies.
• Create compelling briefs for static ads and video campaigns.
• Ensure briefs convey audience, message, concept, and visuals.
• Analyze performance and derive insights across formats.
• Suggest iterations and new concepts based on results.
