Qualifications

• Proven experience creating creative briefs for influencer campaigns.
• Strong analytics to measure and optimize performance.
• Experience managing YouTube ad spend and influencer budgets.
• Budget ownership with €100,000+ monthly influencer investments.
• Collaboration with influencer teams on campaigns.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
• Excellent English communication (strong preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and formats.
• Create a high volume of actionable creative briefs for influencers across markets.
• Review influencer content and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests across creatives, markets, categories.
• Analyze campaign and creative performance using KPIs and experiments.
• Manage and optimize influencer advertising budgets, including YouTube spend.
• Use AI tools to analyze performance data and improve efficiency.
• Communicate insights to influencer managers, media buyers, leadership.
• Collaborate with influencer managers and creators to align strategy with objectives.
