Job summary

Natus Sensory is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 6 to 9 years of experience to lead deployment, integration, and optimization of ERP systems, AI initiatives, and broader business applications. You will bridge technical teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of complex software environments.

Exposure to Salesforce is a plus, but not required. You will manage ERP modules, integration projects, and AI-enabled delivery while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of dedicated project management experience within enterprise software implementation, specifically managing core business applications and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• AI core concepts, LLM integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines experience.
• Strong mastery of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks alongside traditional Waterfall governance.
• High proficiency with modern project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana).
• Excellent executive communication translating complex tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of enterprise application projects from scoping to post-launch support.
• Oversee ERP modules rollout and integrations with internal business applications.
• Partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy AI-enabled delivery practices.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define KPIs and drive change management to ensure adoption.
• Identify dependencies, blockers, and budget risks; implement mitigation while preserving quality.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies tailored to mixed software implementation models.
