Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (6–9 years) to lead ERP deployments, AI initiatives, and business application programs across Europe in a remote capacity.

You will bridge engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, guiding end-to-end delivery, state-of-the-art integrations, and KPI-driven adoption.

Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required; strong Agile governance and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of enterprise software project management experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Strong knowledge of AI delivery and data analytics.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum/SAFe and Waterfall governance.
• Excellent communication with C-suite stakeholders.
• PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects.
• Oversee ERP modules and integrations with existing apps.
• Lead AI-enabled delivery and automation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and change management.
• Identify risks and resources; maintain timelines.
