Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Customer Journeys Consultant (AJO) based in Ireland to lead marketing technology implementations for enterprise clients.

You will combine consulting, personalization, and data-driven optimization across Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Campaign, and Target, collaborating with strategy, data, design, Product, Engineering, and sales to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with B2C and B2B marketing technologies (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target) or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of personalization, segmentation, experimentation, and data-driven marketing optimization.
• Proficiency in HTML, SQL, scripting, data modeling concepts, and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable marketing architectures and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing automation and customer journey solutions for B2C and B2B clients using Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Apply personalization, segmentation, experimentation, and optimization to improve engagement and performance.
• Translate objectives into scalable architectures, data structures, workflows, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, data, engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from requirements to implementation.
• Provide prescriptive consulting and industry expertise to address journey and technology challenges.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to communicate needs and contribute to roadmaps and platform improvements.
• Support executive readouts, risk management, and mitigation in partnership with leadership.
• Design solutions balancing architecture standards, feasibility, and cost of ownership.
• Develop delivery frameworks, accelerators, and repeatable processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to expand client relationships and respond to evolving requirements.
• Apply AI technologies to enhance experiences and marketing effectiveness.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability development.
• Produce high-quality, unit-tested deliverables and participate in peer testing.
