Job summary

Jobgether partner seeks an experienced Data Architect based in Ireland to lead secure, scalable data solutions for digital marketing platforms. You will design data models, govern data quality, and drive ETL/ELT, real-time and batch pipelines, with direct client engagement.

Role emphasizes Adobe Experience Platform, data migration, and regulatory compliance across North America, with remote consulting and CT-aligned collaboration hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and SQL, including substantial direct customer engagement.
• Expert knowledge of customer-centric database modeling across relational, hierarchical, analytical, and modern data architectures.
• Advanced SQL development skills, including functions, transformations, arrays, joins, stored procedures, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience using or administering Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including AI capabilities.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale data migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements including GDPR.
• Deep industry expertise in at least one relevant sector (retail, telecom, healthcare, cloud, streaming).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; RTCDP certification preferred.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Architect based in Ireland.

Lead the design of advanced, secure, and scalable data solutions supporting sophisticated digital marketing platforms.
You’ll shape data strategies and architectures that connect customer profiles, segmentation, journeys, and campaigns.
The role combines enterprise data architecture, modeling, governance, SQL, integration, and hands‑on technical delivery.
You’ll work directly with customers to understand complex data environments and translate business requirements into practical architectures.
Your work will bring together diverse sources such as CRM, sales, and analytics data for real‑time and batch marketing use cases.
You’ll also contribute to data migration, ingestion, performance optimization, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
This is a full‑time remote consulting opportunity supporting enterprise clients across North America, with collaboration aligned to Central Time.

Accountabilities

• Design and implement advanced data solutions across Adobe products, cloud platforms, and enterprise data environments in alignment with broader data strategies.
• Work directly with customers to conduct data discovery, assess existing systems and business processes, and understand data sources, movement, granularity, formats, and dependencies.
• Unify disparate data sources, including sales, CRM, analytics, and other enterprise systems, to support digital marketing use cases.
• Lead the development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models tailored to customer requirements.
• Define and promote standards for data quality, master data management, governance, modeling, tooling, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams to identify customer requirements and develop scalable, secure data architecture blueprints.
• Design solutions that accommodate growing data volumes, evolving technology stacks, integrations, and changing customer objectives.
• Prepare data lakes and real-time customer profiles for data ingestion and activation using REST APIs, Postman, and scripting to automate configuration and setup.
• Develop and support data ingestion solutions for both streaming and batch processing, working closely with ETL and ELT pipelines.
• Optimize data-query performance across platforms while maintaining required platform standards and guardrails.
• Lead end-to-end data migration initiatives, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance throughout the process.
• Apply Adobe Experience Platform capabilities, including available AI-powered tools, to support customer data and digital experience initiatives.

Requirements:

• Advanced SQL development skills, including functions, transformations, arrays, joins, stored procedures, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable data architectures through structured workflow and process analysis.
• Hands‑on experience using or administering Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including relevant AI capabilities.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Proven experience planning and executing large‑scale data migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including considerations around PII, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Deep industry expertise in at least one relevant sector, such as retail, telecommunications, healthcare, automotive, cloud, or streaming.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
• Real‑Time CDP (RTCDP) certification is preferred.
